"I carry a lot of weight in my work, before my lower back hurt a lot to tie my shoes, put on my socks or bend over, now I don't feel pressure in my lower part when doing it.

 

I am a surfer and supplementing with yoga classes has helped me considerably improve my balance and dexterity on the board.

 

My breathing when looking for a wave and my resistance in the water also improved. The classes are brutal and the timing is perfect! Not too short, not too long "

"I feel purposeful when I practice yoga.

 

I work in the office and spend a lot of time sitting or standing, I am also a person who likes to go out and do cardio, strong high impact exercise.

 

And yet in yoga I have discovered a harmonized way to exercise my body, tone my muscles and prepare them in a way that other exercises do not, to be at peace with myself and put the negative aside.
